Telethia Willis is a Strategic Program Manager for the Cisco Networking Academy, where she leads global initiatives that focus on connecting learners with opportunity, fostering inclusive education, and innovating for the future workforce. A 24-year Cisco veteran, Telethia has spent her career architecting excellence—from designing and managing Cisco certifications to creating and managing content and assessment development for the many courses that supports the millions of NetAcad learners. Telethia’s leadership is rooted in discipline and education. Before joining Cisco, she spent years as a Cisco Networking Academy Instructor and Regional Academy Lead in Florida, training the next generation of IT professionals. With a background as a US Navy Lieutenant and Master Training Specialist at the Nuclear Power School, Telethia brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to technical content development and strategic program execution. Outside of her professional life in Orlando, Florida, Telethia is a firm believer in giving back and staying active. You can find her serving as a BSF Group Leader, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, or coaching financial stewardship. She is a passionate traveler, a tennis enthusiast, and a proud mom to her two sons.
